ReduceToOne respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

This page explains how to report claimed copyright infringement involving content available through ReduceToOne and how to submit a counter-notice if you believe content was removed in error.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content available through ReduceToOne infringes your copyright, send a written notice to ReduceToOne's copyright contact that includes:

  • your full legal name and contact information
  • identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • identification of the material you want removed or disabled, including enough information for us to locate it, such as a URL, event page, group page, source page, comment location, or screenshot
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • your physical or electronic signature

Incomplete notices may delay review.

2. Where to Send Notices

Send copyright notices to:

  • Email: reducetoone.com@gmail.com
  • Subject line: Copyright Notice

3. What ReduceToOne May Do

After review, ReduceToOne may:

  • remove or disable access to the reported material
  • contact the reporting party or the affected user for more information
  • notify the user who posted or controlled the material
  • keep a record of the complaint for legal, audit, or repeat-infringer purposes

ReduceToOne may act on notices that appear credible even before the dispute is fully resolved.

4. Counter-Notices

If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice that includes:

  • your name, address, email address, and telephone number
  • identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification
  • a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court in your place of residence, or if outside the United States, an appropriate court where ReduceToOne may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original complaint
  • your physical or electronic signature

Send counter-notices to:

  • Email: reducetoone.com@gmail.com
  • Subject line: Copyright Counter-Notice

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

ReduceToOne may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, groups, sources, or publishing access for users or organizations that repeatedly post infringing material or repeatedly misuse the complaint process.

6. Important Notes

  • ReduceToOne is not in a position to decide every copyright dispute on the merits.
  • False, misleading, or abusive notices may create legal risk for the sender.
  • Removing content from ReduceToOne does not remove it from third-party services or other platforms.
