ReduceToOne Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: March 17, 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of your ReduceToOne account data, including data associated with connected services such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Canvas, and calendar feed connections.
This document can also be used as ReduceToOne's public user-data deletion instruction page for third-party platform reviews that require a public deletion URL.
1. Delete Your ReduceToOne Account
If you can still access your account, the fastest way to delete your ReduceToOne data is:
- Sign in to ReduceToOne.
- Open the
Settingspage. - Use the
Delete accountaction. - Confirm the deletion request.
2. What ReduceToOne Tries to Delete
Based on the current implementation, account deletion is intended to remove or attempt to remove the core data associated with your account, including:
- your ReduceToOne user profile
- account preferences and notification settings
- daily briefs and personal events
- comments you created
- group memberships and source subscriptions
- saved connections and integration records
- groups and sources you own, along with related source subscriptions and synced data tied to those owned records
- forwarded-email connection records and related imported forwarded-email data
- extraction candidates, moderation notes, OCR text, and uploaded image metadata associated with your account or account-owned content where those records are deleted as part of the related account-owned data
In the current implementation, ReduceToOne also attempts to delete the related authentication account from its auth provider.
3. What May Still Remain for a Limited Time
Some information may still remain for a limited time in:
- backups
- operational logs
- audit logs
- website telemetry or error records
- records retained for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution
Deleting data in ReduceToOne does not delete data held by third-party providers such as Google, Meta, Canvas, Apple Calendar feed hosts, or email providers. You must manage data stored by those services through their own tools and policies.
4. Disconnecting a Connected Service
If you do not want to delete your entire ReduceToOne account, you can instead remove a connected service from the Connections area of the app.
Disconnecting a service stops future syncing, but it may not remove data that was previously imported from that service. If you want broader removal, delete your account or contact us using the address below.
5. Facebook and Instagram Data Deletion Requests
If you connected Facebook Pages or Instagram Business accounts to ReduceToOne and want ReduceToOne data deleted:
- delete your ReduceToOne account using the in-app process above, or
- contact reducetoone.com@gmail.com and request deletion of ReduceToOne data associated with your Facebook or Instagram connection
Please include enough information for us to identify the request safely, such as:
- the email address associated with your ReduceToOne account
- the Facebook Page or Instagram account involved
- whether you want connection removal only or full account deletion
Removing the app or integration from Meta stops future access, but it does not by itself guarantee deletion of data already stored by ReduceToOne.
6. If You Cannot Access Your Account
If you cannot access your account and need help with deletion, contact us at:
- Email: reducetoone.com@gmail.com
Please include enough information for us to identify the account safely, such as:
- the email address associated with your account
- the connected service involved, if relevant
- whether you want connection removal only or full account deletion
We may ask for additional verification before acting on the request.
7. Processing Time
ReduceToOne will process deletion requests as soon as reasonably practical after verification. Our goal is typically to complete confirmed deletion requests within 30 days, subject to technical constraints, backups, and legal retention requirements.
